Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (fractionated coconut oil), Melaleuca Alternifolia (tea tree) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (lavender) oil, Camphor, Menthol, Eucalyptus Globulus Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Oil

Directions: Apply a few drops of oil to affected area twice daily. Oil can also be applied to the insides of shoes for preventive maintenance.
